Worldwide free shipping on orders over €200.
For orders within Portuguese territory, a pick up option will be available, where the items can be collected at our stores in Porto and Lisbon. Orders made using this option will receive an e-mail notification once they are ready to be picked up at the chosen location.
We require up to 3 business days to process your order and pick up can take up to 5 business.
Worldwide shipping: You'll have it in 5 business days. For our EU, US, and UK crew: we’ve got all taxes and duties covered. It drops straight to your door with zero hidden fees.
For Portugal and Spain the delivery is expected to take 1 business day, as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
We use CTT Portugal to deliver our orders to Portugal and DHL to ship to the rest of the world.
You will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been processed, with your tracking ID.
Take note that multi-product orders could be shipped and delivered separately.
